Ticket refunds are available by logging into your account in My Tickets. The possibility and amount of a refund depends on the Carrier’s terms and conditions and the time remaining before departure, so it is essential to read the Terms of carriage before purchasing a ticket.
Just click the Return ticket option. Your refund requests will be processed individually by our consultant during office hours.
It is worth bearing in mind that most carriers do not allow the return of the ticket on the day of departure, or the deduction of the ticket fee is 90%.
In case of cancellation or revocation, you will be informed by the carrier by phone or SMS, so please remember to fill in the phone number correctly. In such a situation, you are entitled to a refund of 100% of the ticket value, and the procedure also takes place in My Tickets.
At this time, it is impossible to change the date or time of departure after paying for the tickets. However, you can return the purchased ticket according to the above rules and choose a new ticket for another date.
