Yes. During purchase you can provide invoice details. It will be sent via email.
No, you can buy a ticket without creating an account. After purchase we send information with the option to set a password and create a customer account, but this is not required.
A customer account allows you to: access your order history, process refunds and makes it easier to contact support. Buying a ticket from a logged-in account automatically fills in the order form data.

Use the search tool on the bilety.pl homepage to see current bus routes.
The search will suggest an alternative date or a different stop.
Times are provided directly by carriers, but may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Ticket, Voucher and Passenger Information
Yes. After payment of your order you will receive the ticket in PDF format to your email address.
Yes. You can print the PDF ticket at any time and as many times as you want.
In most cases, a ticket on your phone is sufficient. Information about the need to print is displayed during purchase.
Yes. The ticket is valid only for the specified route, date and departure time.
In such a situation it is possible to refund part or all of the ticket, according to the carrier’s terms.
If the carrier offers seat selection, the bus map will appear during booking.
Travel Preparation and Journey
We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
You will find the exact departure address on your ticket and in the purchase confirmation email. The data is obtained directly from the carrier.
You need a ticket (paper or electronic) and a valid ID document. For international routes you must also have documents required for border crossing (ID card, passport, visa, etc.).
The baggage limit and type are determined by the carrier. Details can be found with the specific route.
Children transportation rules and any discounts depend on the carrier and are displayed during booking.
The possibility of transporting a bicycle depends on the carrier and the availability of space in the vehicle.
You should contact us. In case of cancelled routes, carriers either offer an alternative route or provide a 100% refund for the ticket.
Refunds, Changes and Account Settings
Refund conditions depend on the carrier and the time remaining until departure.
To refund a ticket, you need to log into your account and select the ticket you want to refund. If an account was not created, you can request a refund by phone (22 123 88 88) or email poczt@bilety.pl.
This may indicate that the ticket is non-refundable or the refund period has expired.
Changes are not possible. You need to process a refund and buy a new ticket.
Standard refunds (in accordance with Transportation Regulations) are processed within 3 business days. Refunds due to complaints or other circumstances require carrier review and take up to 30 days.
Use the “Forgot password” option on the login page and follow the instructions.
To delete your account on the bilety.pl service, contact customer support by sending an email to poczta@bilety.pl. In the message, provide the email address associated with your account and state that you want to permanently delete it. After a positive review of your request, your account will be deleted.
