For all bilety.pl passengers, we have introduced improvements in the My Account area that will make booking and managing your travels easier than ever before.
Key Changes:
- Easy Account Creation – If you’ve never placed an order before, you can now create an account in moments by providing only your email address, first name, last name, and phone number.
- Quick Access for Returning Customers – Those who have purchased tickets before can create an account without re-entering their data. Simply click the order history link from your email or set a password using the “Forgot password” option in My Tickets. Data from previous reservations will be filled in automatically.
- Log in During Purchase – Your first name, last name, email, and phone number will be pre-filled, and you can change them for the current order if needed, without affecting your saved profile.
- Edit Your Data in the Customer Panel – After logging into My Account, you will see your saved information on the right side, which you can update at any time (except for the email address).
- Automatic Data Saving – If your account doesn’t have your data yet, it will be saved with your next logged-in order.
